Vedanta Limited’s directors approved debentures issuance up to Rs 3,500 crores listed on BSE As on : 18-Sep-26  12:25

Vedanta Limited announced that its Committee of Directors approved the issuance of up to 3,50,000 unsecured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis, with a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, aggregating up to Rs 3,500 crores, to be listed on the BSE Limited.
